What is your return policy? 
You can return any item within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and the product must not be damaged when returned. Of course, if you happen to experience a product malfunction within 3 months of purchase we will gladly exchange your item. 

Do you ship internationally? 
Yes we do. Insert your full address at checkout and international shipping rates will be applied to your order.

When will my order be shipped? 
Typically, within 1-3 business days. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive? 
The vast majority of orders are received within 3-4 business days of the order being placed. International orders can take 1 to 2 weeks, depending on where the order is being shipped. 

What shipping carriers do you use? 
We use UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS.

How can I track my order?
Once we fulfill your order, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You will be able to track it immediately. 

What if the shipper damages my product during the shipping process?
Please contact us and let us know what exactly the issue is. We can assist in filing an insurance claim with the shipper. We package up all orders to eliminate this issue, but we do not have the ability to monitor the shippers. We are not responsible for shipping damages.
